Вот что написал, пустившись в наукообразные измышления, один достойный кавалер ордена искусства и литературы: «С 1313 г. орден Храма так и не сошел со сцены. Об этом свидетельствуют многие документы… В качестве примера можно привести решения парламента от 6 и 24 февраля 1618 г. (Национальный архив № 5070), которые упоминают о судебном процессе между духовенством Сен-Жерве и „великим приором ордена Храма“ по поводу капеллы Сент-Этроп.
